Engagement Party

In mid-June we were happy to "officially" celebrate our engagement. Jared's parents, Mindi and Rich, with the help of his family, threw us a wonderful party. We visited with family and friends, noshed on scrumptious sweets and enjoyed champagne, wine, a selection of Brooklyn Brewery beer, and cappuccinos. The decor and party theme, all handled by Mindi, turned the small gallery into a friendly atmosphere. And despite the warmth of the Brooklyn Artists Gym (located in an old building without AC and poor cross-ventialtion which we looked at in February, when it was freezing) everyone seemed to have a blast.
